Programme overview

The Agent Licence Programme converts proven Chapter2 mastery into a professional licence across the full Platinum ResearchTech stack. Candidates study four modules — Cognita, Chapter2 AI, Manuscripta AI and Agent Licensing & Professional Conduct — with live instructor-led classes, then sit four computer-based papers of 20 questions each. You are admitted once your licence fee is verified, you attend the scheduled classes with your instructor, and you sit each paper as it is released. The licence authorises the holder to represent, demonstrate, onboard and support institutional and individual users of Cognita, Chapter2 AI and Manuscripta AI under the Platinum ResearchTech brand.

Purpose

To build a vetted national network of certified agents who can deploy and support Platinum ResearchTech platforms to the standard the brand guarantees.

Curriculum

Four modules — one per flagship platform, plus a licensing and professional conduct module. Each module is delivered through live instructor-led classes and assessed by one computer-based paper.

Licence Agent Programme Orientation

How the Agent Licence Programme works, what an accredited Platinum ResearchTech Agent is licensed to do, and the ethics, conduct and record-keeping standards every agent must uphold.

Module 5

Agent Licensing & Professional Conduct

Agent duties, demonstrations and onboarding, client support and escalation, brand use, data protection and licence terms.

Assessment

Assessment is by computer-based test only. Four papers of 20 multiple-choice questions (A–D), one per module: Cognita, Chapter2 AI, Manuscripta AI and Agent Licensing. Each paper carries 25% of the licence score. Questions are drawn at random from the paper bank and delivered one at a time with a visible counter and timer. Your score is shown immediately on submission or when time expires.

Certification

Licence award requires an overall score of at least 60% with a minimum of 50% in every paper. Bands: Distinction 85%+, Merit 70–84%, Licensed 60–69%, Referred below 60% (one retake of failed papers is allowed). The licence is issued as a Platinum ResearchTech Certified Agent credential, valid for 24 months and renewable, with a QR-verifiable certificate number.

Frequently asked questions

Who can apply?

CCM graduates classified Distinction or Merit apply directly. Pass holders and other applicants may request an invite, which the Academy reviews case by case.

How much is the licence fee?

A single licence fee applies to every admitted candidate. An invoice is generated when you register, and admission is released once payment is verified.

Are there live classes?

Yes. The programme is instructor-led: you attend live classes with your instructor across the four modules, and recordings are available afterwards.

What if I fail a paper?

Papers below 50% may be retaken once. The best attempt counts.

How long is the licence valid?

24 months, renewable through the Academy.
